One of the projects Concord Invest is particularly proud of is Stone House. This commercial building, located in the Gornja Gorica neighborhood of Podgorica, reflects Montenegro’s cultural and historical heritage, with architecture that speaks a timeless language unaffected by passing trends.
Concord Invest emphasizes that Stone House introduces new aesthetic and functional trends for both commercial and residential buildings, while simultaneously respecting and enhancing the existing values of the surrounding environment and architecture.

Branislav Braković, the site manager, highlights the distinctiveness of the Stone House, noting that it is a truly unique property unlike any other in Podgorica.
We caught up with Braković and the rest of the Ent Ext Engineering team on-site, and they shared that the project is scheduled for completion in February 2026.
“Currently, the structural work, construction, and roof are completed,” he explained.
Discussing the challenges of this project, Braković noted that the entire undertaking has been a significant challenge in many ways.
“The narrow building plot, proximity to neighboring structures, and particularly the preparation involving the demolition of old buildings… all of this was demanding. Part of an old stone house was demolished, but special care was taken to preserve the stone as the original material,” he said.
According to Braković, Stone House represents a complete fusion of tradition and modernity in a truly unique way.
“This building will undoubtedly be special, both in appearance and in preserving the look of an original Montenegrin house, using stone in the traditional construction method,” he concluded.
