CIM Forum 2025: When Creativity Meets Tradition in Kotor
From May 29 to June 1, 2025, Kotor became a hub of creativity, innovation, and dialogue during the fourth edition of the CIM Forum. The event brought together more than 50 speakers from diverse fields—ranging from media and marketing to art and technology—who explored how tradition can find its place in the digital age.
Day One: Inspiration at Every Turn
The forum opened with a lecture by Lazar Džamić on the seven aspects of a successful employer brand, setting the tone for the days ahead. Tisja Kljaković Braić, in her session “U malu je uša đava”, brought emotion and humor to the stage, while Andy Brydon, with his performance “Sound as a Bridge”, uniquely combined sound and emotion.
Panels and Workshops: Dialogue and Idea Exchange
Over three days, attendees participated in numerous panels and workshops. Topics ranged from reputation management during a crisis, where Boris Becker and Nevena Kurtagić shared their experiences, to women in the arts, discussed by Ana Rucner and Vjera Mujović.
Ana Mihajlovski led discussions on communication and storytelling, while Brian Rašić and Dejan Cukić offered exclusive “backstage” insights from their careers. Johnny Stark and Carmen Bistrian explored international marketing, revealing how global brands like Dyson and agencies like McCann Worldgroup operate across markets.
Innovation: Neuro Awards and Technology
One of the most exciting segments of the forum was the Neuro Awards, held for the first time at this event. Using EEG and eye-tracking technologies, the awards analyzed subconscious jury responses to advertising campaigns. This innovation demonstrated how science and marketing can combine to provide deeper audience insights.
Concord Real Estate: Connecting and Learning
Our Concord Real Estate marketing team attended the forum not only to listen but also to actively participate in discussions, meet new people, and exchange ideas. We believe such interactions are crucial for growth and innovation across industries, including real estate.
CIM Forum 2025 demonstrated that when tradition meets innovation, a space is created for new ideas, collaborations, and progress. During these days, Kotor was more than just a city—it became a meeting place of past and future, where ideas that will shape tomorrow were born.
If you want, I can also create a shorter, punchy version optimized for social media or LinkedIn, highlighting the Concord team’s participation and key takeaways. Do you want me to do that?
