On Wednesday, October 29, several members of our team had the opportunity to respond to the call for voluntary blood donation. At our company, we believe that solidarity is not just a word, but a practice. Through our work, mutual support, and charitable activities, we contribute to the community and show that even small initiatives can have a big impact.
From the Desk to a Voluntary Act
When the call came for our team to take part in the voluntary blood donation campaign, we put our phones and inboxes on pause and replaced our usual work pace with this noble act. Speed was not important, nor was a result measured in numbers—what mattered was the awareness that we had done something meaningful that day.
Team Energy and Socializing Outside the Office
In addition to donating blood, this was also an opportunity for our team to come together outside the usual work environment. Laughter, conversations, and short stories shared while waiting reminded us how important it is to nurture togetherness and support. Activities like this help us strengthen our bonds and better understand one another, which positively reflects on our everyday collaboration.
The Values We Carry as a Company
Voluntary blood donation is not an “event” we wait for—it is a powerful statement: those who can help matter, and those waiting for help matter too. This step is small, but significant. The greatest values are not created only within office walls, but through actions that go beyond business plans.
Thank you to all colleagues who showed courage and voluntarily joined this initiative. Thank you to the Blood Transfusion Institute of Montenegro for making this act possible. And thank you to everyone who reflected on how a single drop of blood can bring change—because even the quietest drop can become a wave of kindness.
