Brick House – Smart House in the Final Phase
Construction works on the Brick House building are progressing according to plan. The building is designed as a smart house, allowing residents to control lighting, ventilation, air conditioning, blinds, and the water heater via a tablet or smartphone.
Plastering of the building has been completed, and installation of interior partition walls made of gypsum boards with mineral wool insulation is currently underway.
For the final finishing of walls and floors in bathrooms, hallways, and kitchens, high-quality ceramics by the Porcelanosa brand are being used.
Casa II – Facade in the Final Stage
Work on the Casa II building currently focuses on the façade, which is designed as a combination of a demit facade with a bavalit finish and decorative listello cladding.
At the same time, underground installations are being carried out as part of the landscaping works.
All plastering works and cement screeds have been completed. Floor thermal insulation has been installed using a combination of Styrodur and Thermosilent, ensuring high energy efficiency for the apartments.
Outdoor Air Conditioning Units
For the mentioned buildings, outdoor air conditioning units are installed on the building façade, avoiding the occupation of terrace space and preserving the aesthetics of the living area.
District – Roofing and Installations in Progress
At the District building, roof construction and installation of roofing materials are currently underway. In parallel, electrical, plumbing, and sewage installations are being installed inside the building.
Masonry work is in its final phase, and in the upcoming period, the installation of exterior joinery is planned, after which the building will enter the enclosed phase of construction.
