Concord at Montenegro Business Run 2025: Trading Business Pace for Running Strides
On Thursday, June 5, part of the Concord team swapped their work duties for sports gear and took part in this year’s Montenegro Business Run—one of the largest business events in Montenegro, bringing together sport, networking, and team culture building.

On the 5-kilometer course, it wasn’t about who was the fastest—it was about showing up, supporting one another, and strengthening team connections through sport. That sense of togetherness was our main motivation for participating.
We competed as a team, encouraged each other, and were reminded of how important it is to build a culture that supports not only professional growth, but also strong interpersonal relationships. It was challenging, yet inspiring—and clear proof that true synergy is created beyond the office walls.
